Step 1: Understand Your Pyraminx Pieces
Before you begin twisting, it is crucial to recognize the different types of pieces on your Pyraminx.
There are three distinct kinds of pieces that move independently.
- Tips: These are the four smallest corner pieces. They only rotate in place.
- Center Pieces: Each of the four faces has three center pieces of the same color. These three pieces always stay together on their respective face, forming a larger triangle.
- Edge Pieces: These are the two-colored pieces positioned between the centers. There are six edge pieces in total.

Step 4: Solve the First Layer Edges
